The doctors you know — with the time to know you
Direct access, transparent pricing, simple monthly membership, at the same West Salem office

OUR PRACTICE IS CHANGING
What changes for you
Time to actually talk
Visits as long as you need — without your doctor’s hand on the doorknob
Reach us when it matters
Same- or next-day appointments, plus direct text, phone, and email access to your physician
Pricing that makes sense
One simple monthly fee. No copays, no per-visit charges. No surprise bills.
A different way to do primary care
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model for primary care that takes insurance out of the day-to-day relationship between you and your doctor. Instead of billing insurance for every visit, we charge one flat monthly fee that covers your primary care: visits, messaging, most in-office procedures, and ongoing care for chronic conditions.
You still keep your insurance for things like specialists, hospital care, and emergencies. But for the everyday medicine that makes up most of your healthcare, the experience gets dramatically simpler — and often less expensive overall. ->

“I care about your health. Let’s fix what’s broken in healthcare — at least in our little corner of Oregon.”

Already a patient at West Salem Family Practice?
You have priority access to enrollment in the DPC model through September 1st.
If you choose not to join our DPC membership, we can continue to provide care exactly as it has been through the end of 2026 — same doctors, same office, billing your insurance the way we always have. Beginning January 1st, 2027, we will only see DPC patients.
Here is all you need to know about the transition.
LET’S GET YOU SOME ANSWERS
Common Questions
No. It’s a membership for the primary care part of your healthcare. Most members keep insurance for specialists, hospital care, and emergencies.
You’ll use your insurance for that, just as you do now. The membership covers your primary care; your insurance covers the rest.
You’re paying for access — same- or next-day appointments, direct messaging with your physician, and care that’s there the moment you need it. Imagine skipping the urgent care and its surprise bills. Many healthy members will find they save more on routine labs and prescriptions alone than they pay in membership fees.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A high-deductible insurance plan paired with a DPC membership is a common, affordable combination. Your DPC membership fees can be applied towards your deductible (as long as you don’t have Kaiser Permanente insurance).

Memberships are open for current patients, and there’s no enrollment fee through December 31, 2026. Each physician’s patient panel is intentionally limited so we can practice this way.
