Skin and dermatology
- Skin biopsies (punch, shave, excisional)
- Mole, cyst, lipoma, and skin tag removal
- Wart treatment
- Cryotherapy of precancerous lesions
- Incision and drainage of abscesses

- Cerumen (ear wax) removal

What is not included:
We focus on primary care. For the services below, we’ll help you find the right resource:
- Specialist care – We refer and coordinate.
- Hospital and emergency care – Use your insurance; for emergencies, call 911.
- Imaging – X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Ordered by us, performed elsewhere.
- Obstetric care – We coordinate with your OB or midwife.
- DOT physicals – Available from many local urgent cares and occupational medicine clinics.
- Osteopathic Manipulations – Available for patients of Dr. Guy and Dr. Scherlie on a $150 per visit basis. Dr. Weaver focuses exclusively on OMT, offering his services to the community — including patients of Dr. Thomas and Dr. Bean — on a $150 per visit.
A note about vaccinations: We are working on a partnership that will allow you to be vaccinated at our office and still bill insurance if you choose. For now, your pharmacy or county health department are good choices.
