Skin and dermatology

  • Skin biopsies (punch, shave, excisional)
  • Mole, cyst, lipoma, and skin tag removal
  • Wart treatment
  • Cryotherapy of precancerous lesions
  • Incision and drainage of abscesses
  • Suturing and laceration repair

Musculoskeletal

  • Joint injections*
  • Splinting (fingers, wrists, ankles)

In-office diagnostics

  • EKG
  • Spirometry
  • Vision and hearing screening
  • Point-of-care testing*: strep, flu, COVID, urinalysis, hemoglobin A1c, pregnancy

Women’s health

  • Pap smears and pelvic exams
  • IUD insertion* and removal
  • Nexplanon insertion* and removal

Ear, nose, eye

  • Cerumen (ear wax) removal
  • Foreign body removal (eye, ear, nose, skin)

Other in-office care

  • Ingrown toenail removal
  • Burn care
  • Nebulizer treatments*

What is not included:

We focus on primary care. For the services below, we’ll help you find the right resource:

  • Specialist care – We refer and coordinate.
  • Hospital and emergency care – Use your insurance; for emergencies, call 911.
  • Imaging – X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Ordered by us, performed elsewhere.
  • Obstetric care – We coordinate with your OB or midwife.
  • Vaccinations – County public health offices and most pharmacies offer routine vaccines.
  • DOT physicals – Available from many local urgent cares and occupational medicine clinics.
  • Osteopathic Manipulations – Available from Dr. Guy, Dr. Scherlie, and Dr. Weaver on a $150 per visit basis.
